Man denies sex assault charge

A FORMER Oldham taxi driver will stand trial after pleading not guilty to a charge of sexual assault.
Wajid Mahmood (25), of Napier Street East, was charged with sexually touching the thigh of a 14-year-old girl on January 21.
Mr Mahmood, who has had his licence suspended, will stand trial at Oldham Magistrates’ Court on August 2 and 3.
