Your home can be where the art is!

Home Is Where the Art Is will be presented by Nick Knowles
Oldhamers who would like the opportunity to buy a unique piece of art for their home are being invited to apply to appear on an exciting brand new series for the BBC - Home Is Where The Art Is.
In Home Is Where the Art Is, presented by Nick Knowles, amateur artists compete to win a special new commission for paying buyers for their home.
In each show, three artists, whose skills could range from painting, metal work and embroidery to woodcarving and ceramics, will get to look around a mystery buyers’ home for inspiration before pitching their ideas and creating something unique for the buyers – but which one will they go for?
Rather than spending money on ‘off the shelf’ pieces from the high street, this new series will show how easy it is to commission local artists to create beautiful, bespoke art for the home.
