Only J Fairclough, with 20, showed any resistance for the hosts, as they fell 118 runs short of their target.

Rashid claimed five for 35 for the winners.

In an entertaining encounter at Foresters, visiting side Newtonhurst made 141 for seven. N Courtney recorded 33, while IC Bailey took three for 29 for Foresters.

All points gained against Radclyffe have been expunged and the tables revised accordingly.

On-song Sam Sweeney claimed seven for 46 for Woodhouses.

Tolley was in fine form 24 hours later, contributing 53 to his side’s total of 159 against Prestwich, who were bowled out for 149.

Sweeney again did most of the damage, posting figures of three for 56.
