Home-made soup of the day:
Pea and Ham
Leek and Potato
Fresh mushrooms cooked in a creamy garlic butter sauce.
Fresh asparagus, egg and salmon salad.
Mains
Chicken breast wrapped in smoked bacon served on a potato cake, finished with a tomato and basil sauce.
Slow roast brisket of beef topped with shredded shin beef, finished with a red wine sauce.
Homemade vegetarian lasagne served with garlic bread.
Pan fried fillet of pork cooked in a sherry and peppercorn sauce.
Salmon and leeks cooked in a puff pastry case served with hollandaise sauce.
Desserts
Lemon cheesecake served with Lemon meringue ice- cream.
Homemade apple pie
Chocolate tart served with white chocolate ice- cream
