Dog-lovers are in for a treat as a local training club celebrates its 90th birthday soon.
The Greenfield-based Northern Alsatian and All Breeds Training Society has been training dogs and their owners in Oldham and Saddleworth since 1928.
A not-for-profit organisation, the club is staffed entirely by volunteers and offers puppy training, obedience classes and agility sessions to name but a few.
Their training levels go from beginner to competitive and cater for all ages.
At their club grounds on Chew Valley Road, NAABTS will be running their annual fun day on September 2.
All funds raised will go towards the upkeep of the club and its facilities.
The day will run from 10am to 4pm and its games, competitions and food are sure to have something for everyone – not to mention the chance to see the activities our furry friends get up to at the club!
