Lions roar to victory at Bower Fold

An action-packed under-10s challenge match saw Limehurst Lions and Oldham St Anne's go head-to-head on the pitch before Sunday's crunch Challenge Cup fifth round tie between Oldham Roughyeds and Hull Kingston Rovers at Stalybridge's Bower Fold stadium.
There was some terrific rugby played, as Limehurst emerged 18-12 winners.
It was a tough game, which saw both sets of players give it their all right until the final whistle.
Limehurst's tries came from Lewis Owens, Ben Meah and Charlie Cooper, with the conversations added by James Woods, Kadie Ashworth and Charlie Cooper.
