Chadderton Park under-18s Eagles suffered County Cup heartbreak

Chadderton Park under-18s Lions enjoyed a fantastic 9-1 win away at Oldham Juniors.
Oldham took an early lead, but after that it was all Chaddy Park.
Goals came from Brandon Dronsfield (three), Josef Rimmer (two), Sean Broadhurst, Lucas Kavanagh, Alex Knight and Jack O’Neil.
East Manchester Junior League - Saturday
Park's under-14s Dragons returned to winning ways with an impressive 6-2 success at Springhead Reds.
The Dragons found themselves 1-0 down early on, but recovered to be leading 2-1 at half time thanks to two goals from Jayden Bradford. His second was a spectacular screamer.
Springhead levelled the game early in the second half, but goals from Abdullah Cheema (two), Louis Skeldon and Ellis Bradley saw the Dragons home.
Manchester FA Under-18s County Cup
Chadderton Park under-18s suffered a heart-breaking 1-0 defeat at Irlam FC in the quarter-finals of the County Cup.
Tameside Saturday League
Chaddy Park under-17s Cobras were knocked out of the first round of the League Cup after a 1-1 draw, and subsequent defeat on penalties, away at Rochdalians.
Dane McNarmara scored a superb free kick to draw the Cobras level.
That was followed by penalty save by Bradley Hall took the game to the shootout, which Rochdalians won 5-3 to progress to the next round.
