A bumper festive issue of your Oldham Evening Chronicle is on shelves now.

This month, we celebrate the generosity of our readers, with hundreds of presents donated and distributed to struggling families across the town.  We have reaction to the campaign, and detail of which organisations have benefitted from your donations.

We speak to the Oldham couple who have had their wedding celebrations cancelled at a Hollinwood Hotel which has been selected to house asylum seekers by the Home Office.
