PUPILS are appearing in the Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice musical “Aladdin” at Radclyffe School, Hunt Lane, tonight and tomorrow. Performances are at 7pm and tickets cost £4, £3 children and £10 family.
CHADDERTON Community Church, Garforth Street, holds children’s crafts and games sessions every Tuesday. They cost 50p for infants (6-7pm), juniors (7-8pm) and over 11s (8-9pm).
FIND out more about the history of Denshaw with Chadderton Historical Society. Members will enjoy a guided tour of the village, finishing with refreshments in the church hall, tomorrow. Meet at Victoria Street car park at 7pm to arrange transport.

Chadderton FC holds a home pre-season friendly against Ramsbottom at Andrew Street, off Broadway, at 3pm on Saturday, July 11.
SUNSHINE Nursery at Christ Church School, Crawley Way, has been rated as good following an inspection by the education watchdog Ofsted. It said that staff were well qualified and passionate about the children’s learning and development.
