RAISE community concerns tomorrow with Shaw and Crompton councillors and parish councillors in the last advice surgery of the year at the Lifelong Learning Centre, High Street, Shaw, from 7.30 to 8.30pm.
RESIDENTS aged over 55 can enjoy a three-course lunch at the Age UK Lunch Club tomorrow at St Paul’s Methodist Church, Rochdale Road, Shaw, at 11.30am. The cost is £4. Anyone interested must complete an application form. For more details call Angela Holder 0161-622 9258.
GET that festive feeling with a Christmas carol service on Sunday at The Salvation Army, Farrow Street, Shaw, at 3pm. All welcome.

TOTS aged up to 18 months can burn off excess energy at a Bounce and Rhyme session on Tuesdays, December 22 and 29, at Crompton Library, Farrow Street East, from 2-3pm. It features songs, rhymes, sensory play and musical instruments.
WELCOME Christmas Day at East Crompton St James midnight mass on Christmas Eve next week at St Saviour’s, Crompton Fold, Buckstones Road, Shaw. A children’s crib dressing will be held earlier that day at 3.30pm at St James, Vicarage Street, Shaw.
