WE could be set for a massive weekend in the race for the Premier League title.

With the top four teams all playing each another, it’s going to be crucial. Manchester City play Tottenham at the Etihad and they are going to have a really tough job to get the win they need after losing to Leicester.

Leicester are set to play Arsenal, and they looked a real quality side in beating City 3-1. Let’s say I wouldn’t be at all surprised if they won the title now. In Jamie Vardy and Riyadh Mahrez they’ve got two of the Premier League’s top players.

Vardy is so quick and explosive, while Mahrez is capable of just bamboozling his opponents. That was

evident in the lead-up to his great goal on Saturday.

Leicester have been fortunate in that they hardly ever seem to suffer from injuries or suspensions.

They’ve got a really settled side there that’s full of confidence, while City have been hampered by injuries. Certainly Vincent Kompany has been a massive loss for them.

He’s so inspirational at the back and I think losing him has been one of the main reasons City have

conceded as many goals as they have.

Having said that – and I know it’s an old cliche – there are still 39 points to play for. Anything is still possible in this exciting race for the title. One or two teams could easily lose three or four games on the bounce and then it’s up in the air again.
