Fallon Harling (9) has appeared in "The Secret Garden" in the West End, as well as other appearances such as an Ikea advert.
A SCHOOLGIRL who started performing aged three has made her debut on the West End.
Fallon Harling (9), from Failsworth, appeared at the Ambassadors Theatre London in The Secret Garden over the summer.
The St Mary's RC Primary School pupil, who also attends Footlights theatre classes, won the role ahead of more than 2,000 others who applied to join the cast.
The young star, who trains for more than eight hours each week, has since been invited to join The British Theatre Academy.
Mum Lorraine Harling (44), of Mitchells Quay, said: "The show was absolutely amazing.
"She really stood out on stage and she was always praised for her singing.
"She just loves to perform. I haven't got a clue where it comes from. She would never have got this far without the encouragement from Footlights."
Fallon's dad Steve Harling passed away three years ago from a cardiac arrest, nine years after a heart transplant.
Mrs Harling said: "Her dad was her biggest fan.
"When she sang she had him in tears.
"She knows how proud her dad was of her so she gives it her all."
One week of intensive rehearsals took place ahead of the show, which saw Fallon sing and dance alongside an ensemble in two performances.
She attended an audition and recalls with P2P Productions in London before selection.
The rising star was subsequently invited to become a member of The British Theatre Academy, a performing arts programme, which will enter her in productions.
Outside of her training with Footlights Theatre, Fallon has landed a leading role in an IKEA advert.
She currently trains in musical theatre, ballet and tap, hip hop, acting, conditioning and singing at Hollinwood Academy four times each week.
