MODELS affected by cancer took to the stage once again in the second Link4Pink charity fashion show at Uppermill Civic Hall.
Joined by firefighters from Manchester Airport, who collected extra funds from the audience, the models strutted their stuff on the catwalk in aid of the Link4Pink appeal, which supports The Victoria Breast Unit at The Royal Oldham Hospital.
More than 100 guests enjoyed a four-course meal, fashion show, performances from local singer Cara May, singer/DJ John Hall and a disco to round off the evening.
Local celebrity Alan Nield was compere for the evening and breast surgical consultant Maria Bramley was also in attendance.
An auction and raffle was held on the evening with donated prizes including a hospitality and match package from Manchester City FC, a voucher from Mad Tatters Tattoo Studio, a full house clean by Howards Domestics in Shaw and a travel voucher supplied by Bowmans Travel Failsworth.
The event was organised by inspirational nurse and Link4Pink chairperson Helen Haigh, who was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2014 and has raised in excess of £20,000 during her time with the appeal, along with dedicated committee members.
Shelley Owen, charitable fundraising co-ordinator at the Pennine Acute Hospitals NHS Trust, which runs the Royal Oldham Hospital, said: "It was a pleasure to share the special evening with so many regular supporters, as well as new supporters of the Link4Pink appeal.
"On behalf of the charity I would like to thank Helen Haigh and the committee for their hard work in organising the event.
"Funds raised will make a real difference to so many patients at The Victoria Breast Unit, for which we are truly grateful."
