POLICE are appealing for witnesses after a 43-year-old man was shot with a BB gun in Oldham.
At around 11pm on Friday, the victim parked his car outside his house on Warren Lane when he was approached by a man wearing dark clothing and a balaclava.
The offender pointed the BB gun at the man while he was still in the driver's seat of the car, and asked "where's the money?"
When the man told the offender he did not have any money, he was shot several times with the BB gun before the offender fled towards some nearby bushes.
Terrified
Detective Constable Gareth Gwilliam, of GMP's Oldham borough, said: "This man has been left terrified after being attacked outside his own home, late at night.
"I'm appealing for anyone with any information to contact us to help us find the person responsible."
Anyone with information should contact police on 0161-856 9063 or Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800-555 111.
