135-home development launched
Date published: 15 April 2016
THE doors to a £15 million housing scheme in Oldham will officially open tomorrow, where 135 new homes are being built as part of a major regeneration project.
Developer Keepmoat is opening a sales office at Limehurst Village, where interested buyers can find out more, see the house designs and have the chance to buy a new home “off-plan”.
The development is part of the far-reaching Vision for Limehurst Village — a 10-year programme being run in partnership by Oldham Council, housing company Regenda and Keepmoat and aims to improve the environment, housing, recreation and employment opportunities within the neighbourhood.
Keepmoat said early interest in the new homes was encouraging.
The sales office is in Rowan Tree Road and will open tomorrow at 10am.
