Holy Rosary pupils take maths crown

PUPILS from Holy Rosary Primary School, Fir Tree Avenue, Oldham, have been crowned Oldham’s maths champions.
The four-strong team of Malia Fotheringham, Josh Goodall, Aidan Tang and Chloe Turver beat three other Oldham schools in the regional final of the national Young Mathematicians Award.
They were presented with medals and certificates by competition organisers Explore Learning.
