Food appeal launched
Date published: 02 December 2015
TESCO has launched its seventh neighbourhood food collection in the run up to Christmas.
The supermarket is urging people to donate from tomorrow until Saturday at its larger stores following a successful collection in the summer, when Oldhamers donated more than 14,000 meals.
The event, run in partnership with The Trussell Trust and FareShare, aims to provide at least five million meals to people in need this winter.
