Hot entertainment at the ‘Big Bang’ bonfire.
FINAL plans for Oldham’s “Big Bang” bonfire night spectacular at Oldham Edge tomorrow have been revealed.
Oldhamers can enjoy free entertainment and fireworks at this year’s “out of this world” themed night.
The fun gets underway with a funfair of children’s rides, activities and food from 5pm.
The bonfire will be lit shortly after the stage show, hosted by DJ Elliot Eastwick of Revolution 96.2, from 6pm.
Helping to keep families warm this year will be magnificent giant illuminated puppets from Thingamajig Theatre, music from Oldham-based Brazilian-style band Juba do Leao and the Fire Man and his crew.
The climax of the night will be a spectacular show from Fantastic Fireworks, winners of the 2015 British Fireworks Championship.
