Rape probe

POLICE are investigating reports of a rape near a former care home in Mossley.
Detectives and forensic experts have been examining the empty building, which used to be the Jonathan Grange Nursing Home in Mickelhurst Road, since Wednesday night.
The area has been taped off while enquiries continue. It is not certain if the alleged rape happened within the grounds or nearby. No arrests have been made.
