A OLDHAM tattooist surprised children affected by the Manchester Arena bomb attack by donating money raised from his studio's fundraising appeal.
Customers queued at Paul Waterhouse's studio Forever-Inked in Hollins on Bank Holiday Monday to get their own Manchester worker bee tattoo and show solidarity with the victims and the city following the terror attack.
The appeal raised £1,500 for the appeal and Paul visited Manchester Children's Hospital to hand out donations.
Paul said: "We visited the hospital with the "get well soon" cards with the donations inside and the amazing nurses at the hospital handed the cards out to all the victims remaining in hospital still to this date.
"The response I got brought me to tears several times today. The victims are truly amazing people and the words they have been said will stay in my heart forever."
