A 10-YEAR-OLD Thai boxer from Derker clinched the British junior title to fight his way through to the World Championships in October.
Brayden Watson took the eight to 10 years belt in the British Open Championship after winning through the rounds in the event hosted by WKU England at North Solihull Sports Centre.
Confidence
Brayden trains at Peel Thai Boxing Club, in Little Hulton, Salford, and goes to Woodlands Primary School.
Brayden's mum Kelly Ashworth said: "Brayden is very proud. This competition has built up his confidence more as he was always getting the decisions but they were going to the other person.
"We're now focusing on getting him to the World Championships."
