Royal Oldham Hospital: delays
RESIDENTS were warned to expect delays after a water main burst outside the Royal Oldham Hospital.
Manchester Traffic, which reported the traffic incident at about 7.30am today, said: "Due to a burst water main repairs are ongoing outside Royal Oldham Hospital in Rochdale Road until tomorrow. Expect delays."
