DARING thrill-seekers took part in a skydive from 11,000 feet in aid of Action Oldham Fund.
The six brave fundraisers leaped out of a plane on Sunday April 2, and took part in the 120mph freefall and skydive at Black Knights Parachute Centre in Cockerham,
Leading the way were two Action Oldham Fund Ambassadors, Andy Hall, the fund's digital ambassador and Zack Grimes, youth and education ambassador, who spread the word about the charity and encouraged people to look local when thinking about giving.
Abdul Nasir, Craig Clayton, Carl Birchall and Mahi Masum also joined in, all raising money and awareness for Action Oldham Fund, a charitable fund that supports good causes across borough with grants.
So far, the group have raised around £1,500, but money is still being collected and tallied.
Andy said: "I love Oldham and the people of Oldham. Action Oldham does a brilliant job of supporting fantastic causes in our town.
"When they asked me to be an ambassador, it was a genuine honour. When they asked if I would jump out of a 'plane, I was genuinely terrified. But if it helps just one local person who needs support, I said 'consider it done'."
A spokeswoman said "We are delighted that six thrill-seekers took on this challenge, and that local people supported their efforts.
"All the money raised will go to a variety of smaller community groups, supporting isolated older people, disadvantaged children, or people with life-limited illness and disabilities."
