First Bus confirmed that one of their drivers had reported an incident to them and they are investigating. They warned that they will not tolerate abuse against their staff.
Stephan Ralph, Operations Manager at First Oldham, said: "We can confirm that one of our drivers reported an incident on March 7 and we are now carrying out further investigations. We do not tolerate acts of abuse against our staff and we are working with partners to ensure that we can put an end to these types of incidents."
