MORE than a month has passed since a massive blaze mostly destroyed Hathershaw's Maple Mill.
The inferno started on December 15 and burned for nine days, leading to home evacuations, large sections of the building collapsing and huge smoke plumes.
Now most of the mill site, on Cardwell Street, has been demolished - however two towers and a chimney remain standing as construction workers continue to remove debris.
The fire is being investigated as arson.
