Estate agents so proud of prize

Ryder & Dutton named 2015 North West Agent of the Year.

OLDHAM estate agent Ryder & Dutton has been awarded another top industry prize.

The firm scooped the Best Agent in the North-West accolade at the Relocation Agent Network’s national conference in London.

The annual prize is awarded on a number of criteria measuring the company’s overall contribution to the Relocation Agent Network, their ability to achieve customer satisfaction and a proven record of helping buyers to relocate in and out of an area.

The conference ended with an awards dinner at the Park Plaza Riverbank Hotel hosted by comedian Tim Vine.

Representatives from Ryder & Dutton attended the event and director Richard Powell said: “We are so proud.

“This award recognises the fantastic team we have and shows our customers that we are one of the North-West’s leading estate agents.”

The Relocation Agent Network is made up of selected estate agents in England, Scotland and Wales.

Its managing director, Richard Tucker, said: “Congratulations to all the team at Ryder & Dutton.

“Their outstanding customer service, innovative business initiatives and commitment to our network principles means that this award is thoroughly deserved.”

Ryder & Dutton’s latest success follows its recent double-win of regional and UK titles in the 2015 Negotiator Magazine awards.

The Oldham firm received the trade magazine’s North-West and UK Large Estate Agency of the Year awards, both of which it also won previously in 2014.
