THE new Odeon cinema is the venue for the next Professional Oldham networking social event on Thursday, February 2.

Guests can see different parts of the cinema complex which has been developed at the historic old town hall overlooking the new Parliament Square.

The evening will be hosted by care firm, Caremark Oldham, lead managing directors Stephanie Doherty and Helan Graham.

The evening will include drinks and food, some short speeches by hosts and plenty of time for networking.

Professional Oldham was launched last year and is partnered by Oldham Business Edge magazine, published quarterly by the Oldham Chronicle.

Organisers aim to provide quality, enjoyable networking opportunities for local businesses and professionals without the pressure for referrals or sales. Previous events were a wine tasting evening at the Naked Bean Cafe, hosted by wine writer Simon Woods, and a tour of George Street Chapel, which is now a multi-purpose education and events venue.
