Since taking over The Printers Arms in 2008 the owners have totally refurbished the pub to a very high standard. They have a team of highly qualified chefs who have created a menu that gives customers restaurant quality and service at pub prices. They use fresh local produce, which is all cooked to order, and everything is made on the premises.

Freshly prepared cream of vegetable soup with bread roll and butter

Smooth chicken liver pate with crisp salad garnish and crusty bread

Salt & Pepper chicken strips traditionally cooked with carrots, peppers and onions

Thai style fish cakes with salad and sweet chilli sauce

Mains

Rump of lamb cooked pink; served with dauphinoise potatoes, kale, root vegetable and baby onions with rosemary and red wine jus

Grilled supreme of salmon topped with herb and lime crust sat on creamed leeks, serviced with fresh vegetables and new potatoes

Homemade steak, ale and mushroom pie served with fresh vegetables and hand cut chips

Risotto of asparagus and mushrooms infused with fresh chilli

Desserts

Smooth Crème Brulee with fruit garnish and shortbread biscuit

Hot apple and strawberry crumble with custard

Homemade ice cream topped with Rossini biscuits
