On Wednesday the 25th November 2015 we held our monthly “Come Dine” evening at Jacks Smokehouse on Yorkshire Street Oldham.

The night proved to be a huge success with the varied age range that attended the evening. On entering the American themed diner we received a warm and friendly welcome from the staff and the décor of cosy booths and rustic design adds to the whole dining experience.

Our tables were allocated prior to arrival and we were seated with little fuss.

Menu choices had been made prior to arrival but we were given time to relax and order drinks before starters were served. All the food that arrived at our table was hot and beautifully presented on wooden boards and dining trays, which fitted perfectly with the theme of the restaurant. My choice of Caesar Chicken Salad, Classic Burger and New York Cheesecake though simple, were perfectly executed, and tasted divine!
Other choices made by my party were also well received and did not disappoint.

The whole atmosphere at Jacks is relaxed, happy and lively. A great place for young and old to enjoy the food and surroundings.

We will certainly be making another visit in our future dates for “Come Dine With Us”.
