Manchester Veterinary Street Surgery
ADVERTORIAL
Oldham’s only independently run veterinary surgery is on Manchester Street. Manchester Street Veterinary Surgery is a long-established family practice, that values its place in the local community and plays a part in helping thousands of owners care for their pets every year.
A lot of pet owners consider their pet to be a member of their family and the whole team at the Oldham-based surgery, work hard to provide the very best veterinary care possible.
As well as providing routine and preventative care and advice, the vets and nurses at the establishment also provide a wide range of surgical and medical services for dogs, cats and rabbits.
Head Nurse, Mrs Deborah Sedgwick has a keen interest in animal behaviour and can offer clients any behavioural advice they may need. Vets with a special interest in exotics, can provide treatment for a variety of less common species, such as reptiles, birds, rodents and ferrets.
Specialists in areas including Dentistry, Orthopaedics and Cardiology visit the surgery regularly and they can offer in-house referrals, reducing the need to travel when more specialist care is needed.
The surgery has a strong belief that ‘prevention is better than cure’ and this belief was the behind the new ‘Healthy Paws Club’ package for cats and dogs. The package helps to give pets the best preventative health care.
Treating your pet for preventative care can be extremely costly over the course of a year and the ‘Healthy Paws Club’ package allows it to be more cost effective.
