Long names 21-man squad for Crusaders clash

The Roughyeds travel to Colwyn Bay to take on North Wales Crusaders this Saturday (5pm kick off)
Pat Moran and Ben O’Keefe come into Sean Long’s Oldham squad which will travel to Colwyn Bay to take on North Wales Crusaders this Saturday (5pm kick off).
Moran has recovered from the injury which has kept him out since the 28-12 defeat to Swinton Lions in the Challenge Cup, back in February.
Moran is joined in the squad by O’Keefe who has also recovered from his injury also comes into contention for the game at Stadiwm CSM.
Missing out are Adam Lawton, Mackenzie Turner and Jordan Turner.
Mo Agoro, who did not play last weekend having pulled out as a precaution, could make his 50th appearance in an Oldham shirt, having made his debut for the club back in 2013.
Jamie Ellis could also reach a landmark, with him just three goals away from 500 across a career dating back to 2009.
This weekend, half-back Jamie Ellis could reach 500 goals, needing just three more to reach the milestone across a career that started at St Helens back in 2009.
Goal-kicker Ellis has scored 53 for Oldham so far, 180 for Hull KR, 157 for Castleford, 50 for Huddersfield, 40 for York, 15 for Leigh, and 1 each for St Helens and Swinton.
Roughyeds could make it back-to-back away wins over North Wales with a win this weekend, having defeated Carl Forster’s men 18-4 back in March 2023.
Admission prices for Saturday’s game are £10 for adults and free for under-16s, with a £5 increase to purhcase on the day.
