One-match ban for Nelmes

Luke Nelmes is pictured celebrating a try
The RFL has issued the news that, on the back of a Match Review Panel (MRP) notice, the disciplinary committee has issued a one-match penalty notice on Roughyeds prop Luke Nelmes, who was sin-binned near the end of the recent game at Hunslet.
He was later charged with a grade C striking offence and banned for one game.
Deane Meadows was also cited (sin-binned for a professional foul), but in his case no further action was taken.
Roughyeds were down to 11 men for a short time before losing 21-8.
Oldham are now guaranteed a play-off spot, and have four games left before the play-offs, including the clash with Workington Town at the Vestacare Stadium which has still to be re-arranged, but will probably be a midweek night match next month.
