Roughyeds offer cut price tickets for crunch clash with Broncos

Date published: 30 July 2021

Cut-price tickets for Oldham RL Club's important Betfred Championship game against London Broncos at Bower Fold on Sunday (3pm) are available online, via the Roughyeds website.

Adult or concession, you can buy a ticket for only £12 - and for that you can either sit or stand.

And you can take an under-16 with you, for FREE.

Junior doesn't need a ticket.

Food and bar outlets will be open as usual following the government's easing of Covid restrictions.

Turnstiles will be open as usual on Sunday, but normal admission prices will apply; namely, £19 (seat), £17 (standing) if you are an adult; £17 (seat), £15 (standing) if you are a concession; £5 (seat) or £2 (standing) if you are under-16.

You can save as much as £7 per person, but note that online reductions close at midnight tomorrow (Saturday).

Also available are special offers on group bookings for clubs or other organisations if they ring in first on 07904 898177, always bearing in mind that under-16s go FREE.

With eight games still to play, and with high-profile Brian McDermott's influence clearly starting to show, everyone associated with the club believes the fight to escape relegation is very much ON.

You've only to speak to McDermott, Brendan Sheridan or any of the players to realise that.

And this quote from Chris Hamilton says it all.

It's taken from his online programme notes for the London game.

"We are in a hole but (under Brian's influence) we have located a ladder," he said.

"The lads are working together to get to the top of it as quickly as possible."

Talking of programme notes, Brian Mac writes exclusively in his first column in the issue now being prepared and you've only to read that to see how much it means to him to get his first win.
