Latics in search of victory fillip

Latics host Barnet in the National League tomorrow
Latics get back to National League action tomorrow when they host Barnet.
Boss David Unsworth will be desperate for a positive result as his side have lost their last three matches - at Altrincham and Halifax in the league and then last weekend at Wrexham in the FA Cup.
Dean Brennan's Barnet could lift themselves into the play-off positions with a victory at Boundary Park.
They are on a decent run of form, having won three and drawn one of their five league matches.
Latics boss Unsworth said: “I’m sick of saying the same things all the time about needing time and we want to start winning games.
"We’re working hard.
"We’ve got to stop talking now we’ve got to start putting wins on the board.”
Sydie Peck will go straight into the Latics squad after joining the club on loan from Sheffield United.
The 18-year-old former Arsenal youth team player, who is extremely highly rated at Bramall Lane, joins Latics on a one-month loan deal.
An all-action player who has the ability to create and an eye for goal, he has joined Latics having been in South Yorkshire for just over a year.
“We’ve had Sydie watched now a number of times and I went to see him myself last week play against Burnley," added Unsworth.
“He was the best player on the pitch in that match, he’s an all-action midfielder and even though he’s a young age, he is a man.
“He’s the sort of young player we’re looking for alongside the senior players we’ve got."
