Consistency is the key for Sheridan

Latics face the long trek south to Southend United tomorrow
Latics boss John Sheridan is looking for consistency levels to increase as his squad gear up for tomorrow's long trip south to Southend United.
Latics enjoyed a hugely encouraging start to the National League campaign thanks to picking up four points from their first two games.
However, Tuesday's 2-1 home defeat by part-timers Wealdstone brought everyone at Boundary Park right back down to earth.
Sheridan is now keen for his team to bounce back positively tomorrow at Roots Hall, when they take on a Shrimpers side who haven't won yet this term.
The Latics boss said: "They will be up for the game after a slow start to the season, but you just can't predict anything in this league.
"The teams that get out of the division will be the ones who are the most consistent - we've just got to keep performing.
"Keep putting in that seven-and-a-half out of ten performance and we'll win a lot of games.
"It's no good putting in an eight one week and then a four or a five the next, we've got to get that consistency in our game, as a team.
"If we do that I know we'll be allright."
