Athletic staff out and about on EFL Day of Action

Athletic showcased the work the club and Community Trust do throughout the borough as part of the EFL Day of Action.
Manager Richie Wellens and first team coach Paul Terry took supplies to Oldham Foodbank, as well as helping to produce food parcels.
Jack Byrne and Patrick McEleney visited St Paul’s C of E Primary School and took part in a mini tournament as well as a question and answer session.
Johny Placide and Wilfried Moimbe took part in a community session with Coppice Rangers.
Meanwhile, the final activity of the day saw Athletic staff take on Emmaus Mossley in a game of six-a-side.

Community Manager Martin Vose said: “The EFL Day of Action is a fantastic opportunity to showcase the existing work we already do in the community.
“This year we decided to support two local charities and raise the profile of their work and the need it fills across the borough.”
