The 'Big Iftar' is set to take place at Cafe Lahore tomorrow
This year's 'Big Iftar' is set to take place at Cafe Lahore in Oldham tomorrow evening (Thursday) from 8pm.
The 'Big Iftar' is an ideal way to share experiences and meet new friends at such a special time of year for Muslims, Ramadan.
Together with events around the country, Oldham's collective efforts make the 'Big Iftar' - which was first launched in the town in 2012 - an increasingly popular annual event.
It has never been more important for people of all backgrounds to come together and get to know each other better.
Lots of people have already agreed to join in the 'Big Iftar', which gives everyone an ideal opportunity to learn more about fasting during Ramadan, while it will also prove to be the first official engagement for new Oldham Mayor, Cllr Javid Iqbal.
