Oldham dance group aim to crack America

Jayne Barnes Dance group in Middleton will take to New York City in April 2020, to dance among performers and take part in a full dance filled trip states style.
The Pizarts company are allowing the group that consists of young dancing stars, to create a docu-film as part of their visit.
Along with a Broadway workshop with a Broadway performer.
The Oldham Evening Chronicle spoke to Rachel Barnes who is a teacher and choreographer at Jayne Barnes Dance, she said, "Our rehearsals will be intense.
"We're extremely excited and honoured to be performing alongside New York dancers and professionals in New York City.
"To have this opportunity as a dance team is incredible and the opportunities they will have are amazing.
"To be going together is even more special and we can’t wait. We are very, very proud".
The group have started fundraising for their trip, including bag packing and an American party and show.
