Get along to the Healthwatch Oldham Active Health Outdoors Family Forum at Alexandra Park on June 30.

On Saturday, June 30, Healthwatch Oldham Active will be hosting a FREE family focused fun health event in partnership with Oldham Environmental Services.
The event will focus on Improving and supporting the health of people in the Oldham Borough and helping families to make changes that will lead to a healthier lifestyles.
Included on the day will be Healthy cooking workshops, health checks, relax and breathe sessions, health walks, canoeing activities on the lake, a climbing tower, forest skills and a fancy dress fun run.
There will be a range of presentations from health professionals throughout the day and talks by local residents who have improved their health and wellbeing.
The event will run from 10am – 3pm and is completely free of charge.
