Coach Debbie Hallas rang the changes in the final quarter, moving Clarke to centre where she dictated play through the court, and the reintroduction of Grace James and Ebbie Davenport added speed back into the game.
With the final score 59-38, Oldham regained the title they’d lost to Academy the previous season.

“Our success is testament to the great work in our junior club where we literally have a conveyor belt of talent coming through, where in seniors, we can develop that young talent alongside experience senior players.
“I can’t wait for the showcase on the 23rd of March where the player will showcase their talent and be presented with their very well-earned trophy.”
