Isaan fighters shine at Sandee show

The Isaan contingent produced some outstanding performances on the day
The Oldham-based Isaan Muay Thai training centre had four fighters featuring at the Barnsley Metrodome as part of the Sandee Fight Series promotion.
The local fighters competing were James Maders, aged 13 from Moorside, Leo Deakin, 13 from Royton, Jac Yates, 14 from Chadderton and Tommy Lowe, aged 18 from Greenacres.
The Isaan contingent walked away with one win and three losses, but four outstanding performances on the day.
Isaan Head coach Ste Donnelly said: "I'd rather my boxers lose and look good than win and look terrible
"I always stretch my boxers and I'm very proud of them all."
Tommy Lowe made his A class debut in the UK, fighting a strong Italian who come to fight.
Tommy put in a brilliant performance, winning the WMF European title after cutting his opponent in the last round.
Steve added: "I’ve brought this young man all the way through from a 10 year old junior to an A class fighter and I’m extremely proud of him.
"He’s one of the top kids in the UK right now and British and European champion.
"Well done to promoter Pete Spensley on a brilliant show - the bar has been raised again."
