Join Royton Road Runners' RunTogether group and embark on a fitness journey

Royton Road Runners' most recent RunTogether programme, which initially began on April 18, 2023, celebrated its 5K graduation at Oldham parkrun on Saturday, July 8, 2023.

The next exciting programme will kick off tomorrow (Wednesday), spanning 11 weeks of tailored sessions.

Priced at just £22, this comprehensive course is your ticket to achieving fitness goals, making new friends, and enjoying the thrill of group running.

What to expect:

Meeting point: Royton Cricket Club, every Wednesday at 6 pm.

Duration: One hour per session.

Who can join: Over-18s with any level of running experience.

Why join the RunTogether group?

Whether your goal is to get fit, shed a few pounds, socialise, participate in races, or break free from the couch, the Road Runners' inclusive group welcomes you.

They firmly believe that running is for everyone and is most enjoyable when shared.

Their experienced group leaders, fully qualified and insured by England Athletics, guide you through a 12-week course.

It's okay to walk, jog, and gradually build your pace.

The Grand Finale:

The culmination of each programme is a 5K timed run at Oldham parkrun, marking your achievement.

Following this, the option to continue your running journey as a proud member of Royton Road Runners awaits.
