Conexus Tuition has joined AFC Oldham as a club sponsor

Local tuition company, Conexus Tuition, has joined AFC Oldham as a club sponsor.

The brand new partnership is specifically focused on our club’s junior sides, with the tuition business taking centre stage on the front of the shirt.

Conexus Tuition provide personalised tuition which aims to bridge the gap between what is taught in classrooms and what is learnt by young people.

They do this through specific interventions where needed and expert guidance, support advice and feedback.

Principal Director at Conexus Tuition, Barry Sherry, said: “Since starting the company six months ago, we always wanted to use our position in the community to give back as much as we could.

"After much deliberation, we chose our main sponsorship to be given to the junior teams at AFC Oldham as their values and aims perfectly aligned with out vision.

"In particular, their focus on mental wellbeing and community centred approach for both young people and adults.

“We look forward to working with he club, alongside the other great sponsors, to support and enjoy the successes the club will no doubt have.”

Club Chairman Dale Harris added: “Developing our junior section is a key priority for the club.

"This year we have two brand new teams in the shape of our U10s and U11s outfits, to be able to bring on board community orientated sponsors and partners such as Conexus Tuition to support them will only have a positive impact on the club.

“Barry has been fantastic to work with, his passion for giving back to the community is infectious and is perfectly in sync with everything we aim to stand for at AFC Oldham.

"With Barry’s help, along with other key partners and sponsors we are well on our way to establishing an excellent offer of football at junior level.”
