Lewis North opened the scoring in the first half with a lovely volley and Kristian Walker doubled the lead minutes later.
Moston made it 2-1 when the Lions gave the ball away.
But it was soon 3-1 when North scored his second of the game with another great goal.
Two more errors by the Lions were punished by Moston to make it 3-3 at half time.
During the first 20 minutes the Lions were superb with both North and Walker completing their hat-tricks.

Moston pulled another goal back with a late penalty, but the Lions finished comfortable victors.
Park’s under-12s Griffins crashed out of the Primary Cup, losing a penalty shoot-out after the game had finished 2-2 away at Elite Blacks.
The Griffins took the lead just before half time when Jack Howard slotted home.
A change of keeper at half time saw Jake Defton donning the keeper’s gloves and the Griffins started the second half with some good football.
After a nice piece of passing from the team, Harrison Cooper found himself with the ball in front of goal and he calmly slotted home to make it 2-0.
Unfortunately due to injuries the Griffins were low on numbers and the lads tired towards the end.
This led to a couple of mistakes which Elite Blacks punished to finish the game 2-2 and send it to the dreaded penalty shoot-out.
Some of the lads bravely stepped up to take a penalty.
However, the Griffins missed three out of four, while Elite Blacks scored three out of four to progress to the next round.
