Volkswagen Financial Services has opened a new Rent-a-Car business in Oldham

Volkswagen Financial Services have opened a new Rent-a-Car service within Swansway Motor Group-owned Oldham Volkswagen and Volkswagen Van Centre in the town.

This new Rent-a-Car service now offers local people the opportunity to rent a car or van, in a stress-free, simple way.

Based in the Oldham Volkswagen and Volkswagen Van Centre Oldham retailer, which is situated on Chadderton Way, this service brings a new offering to the people of Oldham, strengthening what is already available at the brand new dealership.

Oldham Volkswagen Brand Manager Gary Wood said: “We are delighted to welcome the Rent-a-Car team to Oldham Volkswagen and Volkswagen Van Centre Oldham.

"Our aim is to be a hub for motoring needs within the Oldham community and having Rent-a-Car join our forces, helps us to expand our offering to the local people.”

Swansway Motor Group relocated their Oldham Volkswagen retailer to a purpose-built showroom on Chadderton Way in October 2022, opening Volkswagen Van Centre Oldham at the same time as a dual-site partnership.

This new location was an £11m investment made by Swansway Motor Group, employing 17 new employees.
