Swansway Motor Group opens new multi-brand centre in Oldham

The new site will house Oldham’s first Volkswagen Van Centre, offering Caddy, Transporter, Crafter and Multivan vehicles.
Passenger Cars retailer will continue to offer the full Volkswagen range
MOT facility, twenty service ramps, and 60-strong team boost customer offering
Seventeen additional staff recruited to help customers with existing repairs and purchases
The centre is providing a complete range of new and used vehicles alongside extensive servicing and repair facilities.
The new site, operated by Swansway Motor Group, will stock the full range of Volkswagen Commercial vehicles, alongside Approved Used vans as well as the full range of Volkswagen Passenger Cars as part of a dual site partnership.
Volkswagen Van Centre Oldham has become the 5th Van Centre to be run by the family owned motor group and follows the acquisition of Oldham Volkswagen from Inchcape in October 2020.
A 60-strong team, comprised of 45 staff who have moved from the previous, Manchester Road based Volkswagen Passenger Car retailer alongside 17 new employees, who will focus on commercial vehicles.
