Maruf Ali from SPARC, Jenn Sutton from Wiggett Homes and the Mayor of Oldham, Councillor Javid Iqbal.
Wiggett Homes held a community open house event at Clock Tower View, an exclusive development of three and four bedroom new homes situated behind Werneth Cricket Club.
The Mayor of Oldham, Councillor Javid Iqbal, gave a speech to those present, followed by an introduction to the development by Jenn Sutton, Executive Director at Wiggett Homes.
At the event, Wiggett Homes presented The Mayor’s Appeal Fund with a charitable donation, as well as a cheque to the community voluntary organisation, SPARC (Shahjalal Physical Activeness & Recreational Club). This contribution will go towards free reusable water bottles for SPARC members, to help reduce single-use plastic waste.
Wiggett Homes is proud to support SPARC and to aid them in advancing the social, cultural, religious, leisure, welfare and educational needs of the community residing in this area and help to promote good relations between people of varying backgrounds.
