Oldham based tech firm, Aspect IT, has appointed Technical Support Engineer Rob Reeves following their continued business expansion.
Founded in 2003 and in their 15th year of business, Aspect IT provides an array of services including IT Support and Consultancy, Website Design and Software Development.
Newly appointed technical engineer, Rob, will support the firm’s Technical Director and Helpdesk Manager on IT projects both remotely and onsite.
Prior to starting his role at Aspect IT, Rob has completed a BTEC OND in Electrical and Electronic Engineering and achieved a Distinction in Electrical Installation at Hopwood Hall College.
Rob has been actively working and demonstrating his technical knowledge in the IT industry since 2006. He has worked for large organisations such as Zen Internet, Equanet and UKFast as a Technical Support Engineer and Consultant.
Director for Aspect IT, Ian Howarth commented, “Rob has arrived with perfect timing. February 2019 has been our most successful month since the business began in 2003, with record turnover figures for the month.
With his technical ability and excellent customer facing skills, we are aiming to beat the figures very soon. With a great pipeline of work and a series of planned projects, we now have the skills and workforce to aim for our best trading year and continue to expand, employing more local staff.”
2nd Line Support Engineer Rob added, “Having worked for a supplier to Aspect IT, I already knew of their excellent level of customer service and management of suppliers.
When the opportunity arose to work for a company that not only has an exceptional reputation, but an industry leading ethos and commitment to the customer, I couldn’t say no!”
