The ‘BCA workspace of the year 2016’ at BizSpace in Hollinwood

BizSpace, the largest provider of flexible workspace with offices and workshops across the UK, have renovated their Hollinwood Business Centre base, with the big reveal and networking event set to take place on October 11.

Investing just under £500k into the refurbishment project, BizSpace wanted to give local small businesses a significantly improved environment for them to call home and to enable businesses to thrive.

Having won the ‘BCA workspace of the year 2016’, BizSpace wanted to continue to invest into the building to ensure the appearance continues to match the sites excellent reputation in the area.

The work carried out in the main building involved a redesign to all common areas, meeting rooms, reception area, with upgraded toilets, flooring, along with a new lighting using a modern LED lighting system.

Catering to the needs of small businesses, and with many of their sites located in rural areas, BizSpace have rolled out an investment program to deliver a high-speed fibre network at their new and refurbished sites.

1gb wifi has been installed into the centre, addressing the on-going frustration with rural broadband.

The upgraded design was carried out by Territory Interior, a customer based at the BizSpace Altrincham site, who aimed to enhance the building with updated modern decor.

The fitting was carried out by Rische Group, a Manchester based construction company, who helped to support the design process from concept through to implementation via their own in-house design team.

Working closely with Territory Interior, they were able to successfully bring the designs to life.

As a company who believe in creating a strong community, they are bringing together local businesses for a networking opportunity.

The Hollinwood networking event will take place on October 11, from 11-2pm, to give the public a first glimpse at the new space.
