App-y days at LLK!

The LLK app is set to go live on July 23
Oldham-based pizza equipment specialists, Linda Lewis Kitchens (LLK), have announced the launch of their brand-new app.
This pioneering step for the brand will be the next milestone in the development towards a more technological approach with regards to their interaction with dealers and end-users alike.
The app - which is set to go live on July 23 - has been designed by their in-house marketing team to enhance the brand’s customer experience, whilst simultaneously showcasing products in a simple and interactive way.
The basis behind the app is to provide end-users and dealers with all they need to know about the ovens, without having to read through complex and never-ending pages in user manuals.
Whilst navigating the app, customers can find out about LLK equipment, see honest reviews from customers, as well as view operational videos of a selection of the equipment from the LLK range.
The LLK app will also allow users to directly contact a member of our team who are equipped with any further knowledge that dealers, engineers, or customers may need.
The exclusive videos that feature on the application have been created to be quick and easy to follow, they feature operational information as well as cleaning procedures, doing away with the need to read seemingly endless pages of information in the manufacturers' user guide.
The app can also be set to “push notifications” which will alert customers to new offers and products that are available in the LLK range.
Service engineers who work on behalf of LLK up and down the country will also benefit from using the app. The mobility of the app allows engineers on site to view exploded parts diagrams, wiring diagrams and service guides resulting in an easier and more efficient service for the end-user.
The easy to use app can be directly downloaded on iPhone by scanning the QR code: simply open the camera on any device and scan the QR code featured on the LLK website.
It is also easy for android users, simply download a QR scanner from the play store and scan the QR code from the LLK website and the app will download instantly.
Managing Director Linda Lewis said: “We have seen in recent months that some of our chain customers are going mobile to train their staff.
"Our app allows these customers to show their staff how to operate LLK machinery, how to get the most from our products and how to maintain it to ensure it operates effectively from the comfort of their own business in a more cost-effective way.”
Service and Spares Co-ordinator Ryan King added: “LLK have invested in creating videos for the app in the hope that it will reduce unnecessary call-outs for LLK equipment.
"This app will also be vital to our specially selected Gold Standard service members who can quickly diagnose any issues if they should arise.”
